So Good To Be Back!

So happy to see the 6:30 campers this morning!  Missed you all!  Great workout....On Your Six is a tough one.  Who would have thought 1 minute of any one exercise could become so tough.  Way to work!

Steve, how is it you always manage to get out of the best cardio workouts?!

I'm not kidding when I tell you to fuel and rest up for tomorrow....hot dogs and fries are not going to help you through this one!  Sorry J, couldn't resist ;-)

Kelli, as always your log looks great.  It still amazes me that you can have just a bite of a chocolate chip cookie!  Congrats on your big win in tennis....You've got Sunday's tournament in the bag!  I hope to stop by for a bit to watch you and Jennie play....good luck!!
