High fives to Kelli for bringing mega girl power this morning! She's my only lady at the 6:30 a.m. and if I'm not mistaken, she led the pack in all our cardio rounds except shuffles....Steve took that one!
Fartlek 50's today....50 of all: push-ups, quick shuffles with squat, triceps kickbacks, front shoulder raises, walking and iso lunges.....let's not forget about our soccer field warm up run and late workout hill repeats. Well done!
See you tomorrow.....maybe on our hill of stairs??
