It's a holiday weekend! How will you reward yourselves this weekend? Will you reward yourselves with fatty, sugary, salty foods or will you still make the best choices possible? By the way, it's not really a reward if you're putting unhealthy foods in the body you've been working so hard to build.
While out there in the battle field (battle of the bulge), remember to stay as close to your eating schedule as possible. Add a little exercise into your time away from your regular workout routine (check out the challenge posted below). Drink plenty of water and try to get at least 6 hours of sleep, but shoot for 8!
