I believe they call this the "poor man's massage". Okay, so it's not an hour long appointment left to someone else to do the work, but the roller really does work if you do it right. Tight Hamstrings and Gluts for weeks and finally relief without having to pay $90 a pop.

Will I still pay for a massage every now and then? Absolutely!
