Find a friend, workout group, personal trainer or frequent the local gym regularly to help keep you motivated and consistent.

There is great accomplishment in the simple act of choosing to start at the level you're at. It doesn't matter how many times you fall short only to start again as long as you keep trying. Determination leads to consistency. Consistency leads to progression. Progression propels us towards our individual goals and with that comes true accomplishment and results!
